Meeting Rooms & Resources
Multiple meeting room options are available for you to choose from. As a coworking, dedicated desk, or office member you enjoy discounted rates on meeting rooms. However, if you decide you need meeting space more than you need working space, we offer a special meeting room membership that provides 10 hours per month of meeting room use. When you host your meetings, you can also choose one or several add-on resources for the ultimate professional experience.

Conference Room
When you want a closed-door meeting, the 72” cherry table accommodates you and 5 others (6 total) with ergonomic chairs for your long discussions. You will find plugs on the underside of the table for your devices, and an oversized white board on the wall to help you facilitate your discussions.

Huddle Room
When you need to have a meeting of the minds, whether it’s a long power session or a brief pow wow, the huddle room provides you with a comfortable space for that group discussion. With soft seating for your group of four, a TV, and a white board, the huddle room is a great spot for solo or group work.

Podcast Studio

Meeting Room Membership
You’ve struggled to find a place to have a professional meeting on a regular basis. This membership is especially for you who only need to have regular meetings, without coworking. You conveniently pay once a month for 10 hours of meeting room use. You get to choose from multiple different rooms: the conference room, the huddle room, the podcast/phone room, or the lounge space (it does NOT apply to the classroom/training area and unused hours do NOT carry over to the next month).

Training and Event Space
Your large group gathering or training is perfect for the training and event space. You’ll have privacy, sound barrier, and access to a separate restroom with the use of the 7’-tall portable room dividers. You can also choose from a variety of audio/visual and entertainment resources depending on your needs.

Event and Café Combo
When you want to have a networking or similar function for an extra large group you can choose the event and café combo to reserve both the front café and the event spaces together. There’s seating for 55 but plenty of space for additional chairs to be brought in or for your group to walk and talk.

All of Soar Space
When your group is so large that you need multiple areas for clustered conversations, you can reserve the entire two-suite complex (except the private offices and meeting rooms). You’ll have access to the meeting lounge, the café, the seating at available desks, and the event space.

Podcast Bundle
Using the podcast bundle to create your podcast is as simple as plug in and record when you use the Logitech for creators Blue Yeticaster professional bundle. Your access includes a Yeti USB microphone, Compass broadcast boom arm, and a Radius III shockmount.

Meeting Lounge
You’ll love our meeting lounge when your group discussions might not need a closed-door session, but comfort and plugs are at the top of your agenda. The lounge isn’t just beautiful for your inspired conversations, but it’s high in function with modern features for your productivity: a plush 3-person sofa, soft seating for four, room for extra people to add seats (or sit on the floor), two side tables with 3-prong and USB port charging stations, plus another charging station under the coffee table. When you want privacy, you pull out the hidden accordion wall and/or close the doors to the adjacent areas.
